These Terms of Service define the conditions for using LoraVPS Hosting services and help maintain a secure, reliable and fair environment for all customers.

VPS Hosting Services
LoraVPS provides virtual private server resources according to the selected VPS plan. Available CPU, RAM, storage, operating systems, network features and other specifications are displayed on the relevant product page.

Account & Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and VPS environment.

Acceptable Use
VPS services must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, unauthorized access, abuse of networks, intellectual property infringement, harassment, or activities that may harm our infrastructure or other users.

Security & Resource Usage
Customers are responsible for securing their VPS, applications, passwords and installed software. Excessive or abusive resource usage that negatively affects infrastructure or other customers may be reviewed and restricted.

Payments & Billing
VPS Hosting services must be paid according to the prices and billing terms shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing valid payment information and completing applicable payments on time.

Suspension & Termination
LoraVPS may suspend or terminate a service when there is a serious violation of these Terms, applicable law, payment obligations, or acceptable-use requirements. Where appropriate, customers may be contacted regarding the issue.

Backups & Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their websites, applications, databases and other important data unless a backup service is specifically included in the purchased plan.

Service Availability
LoraVPS aims to provide dependable VPS Hosting services, but specific availability or performance is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the applicable service description or agreement.

Intellectual Property
LoraVPS website content, branding, design and original materials remain the property of LoraVPS or their respective owners. Customers retain ownership of content and data they lawfully place on their VPS.

Limitation of Responsibility
Customers are responsible for applications, software, configurations and content running on their VPS. LoraVPS is not responsible for losses caused by customer-managed configurations, third-party software, or activities outside our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to our services, policies or legal requirements. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
