LoraVPS Store respects copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. Customers are responsible for ensuring that websites, files, applications and other content hosted on their VPS comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

02. DMCA Notice

If you believe copyrighted material is being hosted through a LoraVPS VPS without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notice for review.

• Identify the copyrighted work being claimed.
• Provide the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
• Provide your contact information and authority to act.
• Include a statement that the information provided is accurate.
• Include your electronic or physical signature.

03. Notice Review

LoraVPS Store may review a properly submitted notice and may request additional information when necessary. Actions may include contacting the customer, requesting corrective action, restricting access to specific material, suspending services or taking other appropriate measures.

04. Counter-Notification

If content or access is restricted following a copyright complaint, the affected customer may submit a response explaining why the material is authorized or was removed or restricted in error. Additional information may be requested before further action is considered.

05. Repeat Infringement & Abuse

Repeated or substantiated intellectual property violations may result in additional enforcement, including service restrictions, suspension or termination in accordance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

06. Responsible VPS Hosting

Customers must maintain control over the content and software deployed on their VPS. Copyright infringement, fraudulent activity, malicious software and other unlawful uses are not permitted.
