LoraVPS Store provides clear refund terms for VPS Hosting orders. This policy explains when a refund may be requested, which cases are eligible, and how to submit a refund request step by step.
Refund requests are reviewed based on the order status, service activation, payment status, usage, and the reason for the request.
A first VPS order may be eligible for a refund request within 7 calendar days after service completion, subject to this policy.
New VPS orders may qualify for a refund when the request meets the applicable refund period and the service has not been used in a way that conflicts with this policy or the Terms of Service.
A VPS order is considered completed when the VPS has been provisioned and the required service information or access details have been provided to the customer.
For service issues occurring after activation, customers should contact support first so LoraVPS can review the issue and determine whether troubleshooting, correction, replacement, service credit, or refund is appropriate.
Please give LoraVPS an opportunity to investigate a technical service problem before submitting a payment dispute.
If your VPS cannot be used because of a service-related technical issue, contact support with the order number and a clear description of the problem.
LoraVPS may first attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, a refund or another appropriate resolution may be considered.
If the same VPS order was accidentally paid more than once, contact support as soon as possible with the relevant transaction information.
Renewal payments are not automatically covered by the first-order 7-day money-back period.
VPS upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, extensions, and additional services are not automatically covered by the first-order refund period.
If an incorrect charge or service change occurs, contact support with the order number and transaction details so the request can be reviewed.
A refund may be declined in situations including, but not limited to:
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Refund eligibility does not protect activity that violates the LoraVPS Terms of Service, Acceptable Use requirements, or applicable law.
Where an account is suspended or terminated because of a policy violation, any refund request will be reviewed separately from the enforcement action.
Follow these steps when requesting a refund from LoraVPS Store.
Submit a refund request through the official Contact page. Use the same email address associated with your order whenever possible.
Include your order number, billing email, VPS plan, payment date, and a short explanation of the refund reason.
LoraVPS will review the order status, service activation, refund period, payment information, and applicable policy terms.
For service-related problems, support may request relevant technical details to identify whether the issue can be resolved.
You will be informed whether the request is approved, declined, or requires additional information before a decision can be made.
Once approved, the refund is processed through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.
After LoraVPS submits the refund, the time required for the funds to appear may vary according to PayPal or the applicable payment provider.
LoraVPS uses PayPal as a payment method where available. Payment processing is handled according to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.
If you experience an issue with an order, please contact LoraVPS first so the matter can be reviewed and resolved directly where possible.
This Refund Policy does not remove or replace any rights or procedures provided by PayPal, your card issuer, or applicable law.
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method when supported.
The final posting time depends on the payment provider and the customer's financial institution.
Customers may receive confirmation when an approved refund has been processed.
LoraVPS may request additional order or payment information when reasonably required to verify a refund request.
LoraVPS Store may update this Refund Policy when service offerings, payment methods, operational processes, or applicable requirements change.
The version published on this page is the version applicable to current orders, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
